"They (she) didn't call me back either when promised and I even called twice after that, up to 4pm was never sent an email as promised nor any call back. I wonder if Don Sullivan reads his reviews it appears not. Don Sullivan actually contacted me after my review. This is what she said," (not Don) I have been blocked from being able to right a policy" I want everybody who reads these reviews to know this, I drive for BSO Neighborhood crime watch, have a CDL License, A Veteran, No Tickets in 15 years plus, Maintain a safe drivers award on my license and this... , she's lying through her face because I exsposed the truth and she can't handle it. There's no such a thing as being Blocked from aquiring a insurance policy from a flawless driving record.This woman has no place in business management or customer service as she is totaly a buffoon. Sad, Don seems like a nice person and IS concerned about his reviews,(I would be also) he just needs to update and weed out liers and unprofessionals who is easily insulted with truth, something sound business's wouldn't tolerate."

"This state farm agency cost me $150. Additional with the Florida dmv. They failed to call me back on the day as promised. State Farm is not a good neighbor. They're just like any other insurance company that would drop you if you have any troubles. I paid my insurance on time for 8 years. When I lost my job was late on my payment they cancelled my insurance. And when I try to reinstate it with they said they could not because it had been over 30 days. They Never had to pay 01 single insurance claim on me. Over $10,000 later throughout the years. And they just drop you. Even when i moved i stayed with this office because I thought they were good to me. Turns out they just treat you like everyone else. Just a number."
